PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Go OHV LLC operates two SMS programs. The Go OHV Alerts program sends messages about your bookings, check-ins, waivers, passes, rentals, and account. The Go OHV Offers program sends messages about promotions, events, and special offers, including offers from the off-road parks you have booked with or visited. Both programs are operated and sent by Go OHV from a Go OHV number. Park staff may compose messages to their own guests inside the Go OHV platform, and can only see riders associated with their own park, through a signed waiver, purchase, or reservation there. Go OHV remains the sender. Park staff cannot export rider contact information from the platform, parks are prohibited from using your mobile number outside Go OHV, and your number is never sold or shared with anyone for marketing purposes.
HOW TO OPT IN
You opt in when creating or editing your Go OHV account at goohv.com, under "SMS Preferences." Two separate checkboxes are shown, both unchecked by default. Consent to either program is optional and is never a condition of any purchase.
The checkboxes read:

☐ "I agree to receive SMS messages from Go OHV about promotions, events, and special offers, including offers from the off-road parks I have booked with or visited. All messages are sent by Go OHV. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions."
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Varies. Alerts are sent in response to your bookings and account activity. Offers messages are sent no more than 8 times per month.
COST
Message and data rates may apply. Go OHV does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
OPT OUT
Reply STOP to any message to stop that program. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
HELP
Reply HELP to any message, email contact@goohv.com, or call 833-OHV-PARK. (833-648-7275)
CARRIERS
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
PRIVACY
Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data are not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
