Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as outlined below:
With Off-Road Parks
We share necessary booking and waiver information with the specific off-road parks you choose to visit or book with.
Safety and Eligibility Information (Restrictions and Bans)
To protect the safety of guests, staff, and property and to enforce park rules, an off-road park on our platform may restrict or ban a customer from that park.
When a park applies a restriction, we share the restricted customer's name, email address, and phone number with other off-road parks on our platform so that those parks can recognize the customer. When another park encounters that customer, it sees a neutral warning that a restriction exists — the warning itself does not display which park issued the restriction or the reason for it. Those details are recorded in the restriction record and are accessible to other parks' management staff who choose to review the full record for context. The warning flag itself remains neutral, showing only that a restriction exists, and the detailed context is retained by the park that issued it.
This information is shared only for safety and eligibility purposes and is never shared, sold, or disclosed for marketing or promotional purposes. A restriction issued by one park blocks transactions only at that park; every other park uses this information solely to make its own independent admission and service decisions.
Restrictions involving minors. If a restriction is applied to a minor (identified by email or phone), we will notify the parent or guardian on file where one is available. A minor may not independently request that a restriction be lifted; such requests must come from the associated parent or guardian, or from the primary account holder.
If you believe a restriction was applied in error, you may contact the park that issued it to request a review. Only the park that issued a restriction can remove it, and that park's manager may lift it at their discretion.
Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Service, including:
- Payment processors (Stripe, etc.)
- Hosting and cloud storage providers
- Analytics services
- Customer support platforms
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
SMS/Mobile Information
When you opt in to receive SMS or text messages from Go OHV (such as booking confirmations, reservation updates, or service notifications), your mobile phone number and opt-in data will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile information collected as part of SMS opt-in is used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
If you are subject to a park restriction, restriction-related information is never disclosed through SMS messages or to our SMS service providers. The phone number used to match restrictions is not shared with SMS vendors for that purpose; your SMS messages continue to be delivered normally, and any restriction remains visible only through your contact record.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity, bookings, and the messages you have consented to receive.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access and Update: View and edit your personal information through your account settings
- Delete Account: Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from promotional communications
- Location Services: Enable or disable location sharing in your device settings
Please note that certain information may be retained even after an account deletion request where we are required or permitted to do so for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or the safety of guests, staff, and property — including records of restrictions or bans (see Data Retention).
To exercise these rights, contact us at [contact@goohv.com].
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Waiver information may be retained longer for legal compliance purposes. Records relating to safety or eligibility — including restrictions or bans and the contact information associated with them — may also be retained for as long as necessary to maintain the safety of guests, staff, and property and to enforce park rules, including after an account is closed.
Children's Privacy
Our Service may be used by adults to sign waivers for accompanying minors (children under 18). When adults include minor information in waivers:
- We collect only the minor's name and birthdate as required for legal waiver documentation
- This information is collected with parental/guardian consent through the adult account holder
- Minor information is used solely for waiver execution and legal compliance
- We do not create separate accounts for minors or collect additional personal information from children
- Parents/guardians can remove minor information directly through their account settings or by contacting us
We do not knowingly allow children under 17 to create their own accounts or use our Service independently. If you believe we have collected information directly from a child under 17, please contact us immediately.
