Signing a Waiver
Before you can ride at any Off-Road Park, you must have a signed waiver on file for that specific location. This tutorial will walk you through the entire waiver process, show you how to include a minor, and explain how to complete your riding pass purchase.
⚠️ What You Need to Know
- A waiver is required to ride at every Off-Road Park.
- You must sign a waiver before you can purchase a Riding Pass.
- Each park has its own waiver—you must sign one for each park you visit.
- If you want to include a minor, you'll need to add them to your profile before signing.
📍 Step 1: Choose Your Off-Road Park
- From the Go·OHV homepage, select Off-Road Parks from the navigation menu and choose the park you plan to ride at.
🎫 Step 2: Try to Purchase a Riding Pass
- When you select a Riding Pass for your chosen dates, Go·OHV will check if you already have a waiver on file.
- If you don’t, you’ll see a warning and you will not be able to continue without a waiver.
- Tap Sign Waiver to begin the waiver process.
👧 Step 3: Add a Minor (Optional)
If you need to include a minor on your waiver:
- You must first added the minor to your profile.
- Tap Add New Minor to link them to the waiver before signing.
🔁 Already signed a waiver but forgot to add a minor?
No problem—you can simply sign the waiver again and include the minor this time.
📜 Step 4: Review and Accept the Terms
- Select Ready To Sign to begin the signing process. Read through the legal waiver agreement carefully. When you're ready, tap Accept and Sign Waiver.
✍️ Step 5: Validate with Signature
- Enter your full name and provide your signature using any of the supported options:
- Auto-fill
- Draw manually
- Upload a saved signature
- Tap Accept & Sign to complete the waiver process.
📄 Step 6: Waiver Saved to Your Account
- Once signed:
- Your waiver is now on file and associated with the specific Off-Road Park.
- You can view it anytime by going to My Account > Waivers.
- Minors included will also be shown on your waiver records.
🛒 Step 7: Continue Shopping
- After signing, tap Continue Shopping to return to the Off-Road Park page.
- You’ll now be able to purchase your Riding Pass without any waiver warning.
✅ You're All Set!
You’ve successfully signed your waiver. You're now ready to go riding :
Add a Minor to your profile?
To include a minor on a waiver or to purchase a rider pass for them, you must first add them to your profile. Follow this step-by-step guide to add a minor in just a few minutes.
📱 Step 1: Open the Go·OHV App or Website
- Start at the Go·OHV homepage:
- Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-right corner.
👤 Step 2: Open Your Profile
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu and tap your user name - then select My Account.
🔧 Step 3: Go to Edit Information
- From the My Account screen, tap on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
- Then tap Edit Information.
👧 Step 4: Add a Minor
- Scroll to the My Minors (Under 18) section at the bottom on the page and tap + Add New Minor.
✍️ Step 5: Enter Minor Details
- Fill in the minor's:
- Name
- Birth Date
- Select your Role (e.g., Parent)
- Then tap Add Minor to complete the process.
Share My Profile
If you would like to allow another rider to purchase a pass on your behalf, you must first share your profile with them using Go·OHV’s profile sharing feature. This quick guide walks you through the steps using a sample user, Jane Doe, and helpful screenshots.

📱 Step 1: Open the Go·OHV App or Website
- Start at the Go·OHV homepage:
- Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-right corner of the screen.
👤 Step 2: Open Your Profile
- In the menu, scroll to the bottom and tap on your user name and then select My Account.
🔄 Step 3: Select “Profile Sharing”
- On the My Account page, find and tap Profile Sharing.
✉️ Step 4: Add the Rider’s Email
- On the Profile Sharing screen:
- Enter the email address of the rider you want to authorize.
- Tap the green ADD button.
✅ Step 5: Enable Purchase Permissions
- Once the rider appears in your list:
- Set Allow Purchase to YES.
- (Optional) You can also choose whether to share your location.
That’s it! The rider you’ve shared your profile with can now purchase a pass for you, as long as your waiver is on file.
Purchase a Riding Pass for Someone Else
Need to buy a Riding Pass for a friend or family member? Go·OHV makes it easy—as long as the other rider has taken a couple of quick steps first.
This guide walks you through the process of purchasing a Riding Pass for another rider, including what permissions are needed and how to complete checkout.
✅ Before You Begin
Before you can purchase a pass on someone else's behalf:

They must share their profile with you.
See: How to Share My Profile - They must allow you to make purchases for them.
- They must have an active signed waiver on file for the specific Off-Road Park.
🔐 If any of these steps are missing, the rider will not appear as a selectable option during checkout.
🛻 Step 1: Select an Off-Road Park
- From the homepage, tap the Off-Road Parks menu and choose the park where you plan to ride.
🎟 Step 2: Choose the Riding Pass
- Select the Riding Pass you'd like to purchase (Day Pass or Annual Pass).
- Then choose the dates you want to go riding.
👥 Step 3: Select a Rider
- If the rider has:
- Shared their profile with you
- Granted you permission to purchase
- Signed the waiver for this park
👉 You will now see their name listed as a selectable rider for the pass.
- Tap to select the name of the riders you want to include in your purchase.
🛒 Step 4: Complete Checkout
- After selecting the riders, you can continue the checkout process as usual:
- Add the passes to your cart
- Proceed to payment
- Receive confirmation
- The Riding Passes will be assigned to each rider and the order will be under your name.
✅ That’s It!
You’ve successfully purchased a Riding Pass for someone else.
If the rider has location sharing turned on, you’ll also be able to view them on the trail map when they check in with the Go·OHV app.

Share Your Location
Want to let your friends see where you are on the trail? By sharing your location on Go·OHV, other riders you’ve granted access to can view your position on the Off-Road Park Trail Map—but only when you have the Go·OHV app open.
This guide walks you through how to share your location with other friends and family. The steps are similar to sharing your profile, but with location visibility in mind.

Your location will only be visible when you have the Go·OHV app open and running. You remain in control of who can see it.
📱 Step 1: Open the Go·OHV App or Website
- Start at the Go·OHV homepage:
- Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-right corner of the screen.
👤 Step 2: Open Your Profile
- From the menu, scroll down and tap your name — then select My Account.
🔄 Step 3: Tap “Profile Sharing”
- On the My Account page, tap the Profile Sharing option.
🧭 Step 4: Add the Rider's Email
- Type in the email address of the rider you want to allow to see your location.
- Then tap the green ADD button.
✅ Step 5: Enable “Share Location”
- In the rider list:
- Set Share Location to YES.
- (Optional) You can also toggle Allow Purchase if you want the same rider to buy passes for you.
🎯 You’re All Set!
- As long as you have the Go·OHV app open, your selected riders will be able to see your location on the trail map. Close the app, and your location will disappear automatically.
- To see your friends and family in return, they’ll need to follow the same steps and share their location with you.
- To see your Minor on the Go-OHV app, contact help@goohv.com to request your Minor location to be sharable.
